How do I track my order?

To track your order:
1. Go to "My Account" and select "Orders"
2. Find the order you want to track
3. Click on "Track Order" to see current status
You will also receive email updates with tracking information once your order is shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Go to My Account → Orders → select the order → Cancel Order. After shipping, you'll need to initiate a return.

How do I return an item?

Go to My Account → Orders → select the item → Request Return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items.

What are the shipping options?

We offer standard (5-7 days), express (2-3 days), and same-day delivery in select cities. Shipping cost depends on your location and order size.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery is 2-3 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Cairo and Alexandria.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most Arab countries and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash on delivery in Egypt.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payment data is encrypted with SSL/TLS and we are PCI-DSS compliant.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions in the reset email we send you.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I become a seller?

Click "Become a Seller" on any page, fill in your business details, and our team will review your application within 2-3 business days.
